Hello,
Cisco PI 3.1 chassis view is missing for a number of devices such as 4500x, 6500E and some other models , even with the device pack 10 installed.
Is something wrong with my server or these has not been provisioned yet.
Regards,
Farooq

You need to check the device packs to see the OID that you have in your network. Goto: http://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/net_mgmt/prime/infrastructure/3-1/release/notes/pi31-device-pack-readme.pdf
And on the first page, click on "Viewing New Devices Supported". Verify if your device is there on that list.
Oh by the way, device pack 11 was out today :)

Chassis view is not included for many products.
Cisco has backed off from commiiting to that feature across the board after their experience with how much trouble it was to support CiscoView in LMS and predecessor products.
As noted in the Device Pack XLS file, the following features are supported for switches:
Cisco Switches (IOS) : Supported Features
Switches and Hubs | |||||
Configuration | Inventory
Access Control List Management | Spanning Tree Protocol
Controller Interfaces Management | VLAN Information
Etherchannel Management | Performance Monitoring

Flash Information | CPU | ||||
IP Table | Interface | ||||
Image Information | Interface Availability
Interface details | Memory
Memory Pool Information | Topology
Physical Inventory | CDP Neighbor Discovery
Power Supply and Fan Status | LLDP Neighbor Discovery |
