Cisco Prime 3.9 Oracle patch

Hi guys,

I have recently upgraded Cisco PI from 3.8 to 3.9 and getting a pop-up message "Cisco Prime 3.9 Mandatory Oracle Patch is not installed. Please install the patch for the latest Oracle update. You may contact your System Administrator for further assistance."

Well in this case I am admin :). I am struggling to find this patch but...

Cloud and Systems Management>Routing and Switching Management>Network Management Solutions>Prime Infrastructure>Prime Infrastructure 3.9>Prime Infrastructure Patches- 3.9.1

The only patch listed under above hierarchy is PI_3_9_1-1.0.21.ubf,  which i applied but still getting the same message.

Can someone from help find this patch or explain what i am missing?

you may need to try this patch i guess here - this is part of the upgrade. ( we are not sure what stage of this upgrade now )

My issue is i cannot find the patch to download.

The correct steps to upgrade to PI 3.9 should be: 

1. Export the DB from old PI
2. Fresh install PI 3.9
3. Apply Oracle DB patch
4. Apply PI Device Pack 1
5. Apply PI Patch 1
6. Import old PI DB

You can find the PI_3_9_Oct_Oracle_patch-1.0.8.ubf patch under "Prime Infrastructure Patches- 3.9.0" section on the same patches page. see attached screenshot.
