So I updated my Prime from 3.7 to 3.9, It was not an inline Upgrade.
It was necessary to create a new Virtual Machine and restore the old system from a backup.
After restoring the backup I get this:
Warning: Unable to open /dev/sr0 read-write (Read-only file system.) /dev/sr0 has been opened read-only
Error: /dev/sr0: unrecognised disk label
does anybody know if that's something to worry about?

It was an application update, so it runs just fine, I am experiencing no issues with the actual application itself.
I just restarted the VM when it hung up on me.
So maybe there is no issue at all.
