what the best and easy way to delete cisco switch running configuration or return it to manufacture setting ?

Hi,

You can use "erase startup-config"  and then "reload"

Hi,

This will depend on the type of switch you have. On the ios switch you will need to delete flash:/config.text and flash:/vlan.dat
