I cannot manage my GE-WAN blade via ciscoworks, is there an update to the software required

Generally, new device support is intorduced between major CiscoWorks product release cycles via Incremental Device Updates (IDUs) for the RME and Campus Manager, and other major components of CiscoWorks suite. The CiscoView component uses a similar mechanism via a proccess known as package support. All of these are available to users with Smartnet software support via the downloads section of cisco.com. Generally IDUs and package support distributions are released quarterly.
