CiscoWorks LMS 4.0 with ASR 1000 and ASR 9000

Hello

I have many alarms with CWLMS 4.0. The alarms are OutOf Range Voltage, OutOfRange Temperature and OutOfRange Memory. For example:

I don´t know how eliminate this alarms for these equipaments. I am trying with Setting up the thresholds but nothing. Someone can help me?

The issue with Voltage sensors (and I suspect the others) is with the CWLMS product's polling incorrectly defining the expected range.

I had opened a TAC case for that very issue and Cisco engineering confirmed the problem. Bug CSCto53414 is open against this issue. (You can see it using Bug Toolkit.)

All you can do for now is acknowledge the (bogus) alarms.
