They are both 10GBase-SR compliant transceivers so you should not run into compatibility issues as long as you have a good multimode fiber link connecting them (OM3 recommended).
Of course the server end is LC and the X2 uses an SC duplex connector but that doesn't affect the signaling interoperability.
That model of X2 SFP on the switch supports Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) so you shold be able to confirm received light levels using the command "show interface te transceiver detail"
