Good morning all.
In cisco prime we want to schedule some reports to run weekly and then being sent by Email to us.
I have configure a Gmail account, (In order to use their SMTP in prime), and set the parameters inside Prime but it doesn’t work (see the attached print screens).
I can telnet the Gmail smtp server from my PC and get response, also I can configure outlook to retrieve and send emails from Gmail using the account that was created and it works fine… (So I can assume smtp is not being blocked in the firewall).
Any help would be appreciated.

- Seems like prime can't resolve the dns-names of the smtp server; check ip name-server.... config item in the running-config of prime.
M,
-- Each morning when I wake up and look into the mirror I always say ' Why am I so brilliant ? '
When the mirror will then always repond to me with ' The only thing that exceeds your brilliance is your beauty! '
