I have this topology with two SVI with Different Subnet, how to connect them together?

there's no ACL
the problem is that from Server (192.168.10.10) I can ping the GW (172.18.1.254) but I can not ping the SW-Client (172.18.1.252)

I understand the problem, just making suggestions as to what could be the issue.
You diagram shows 172.18.1.253 as the switch IP but you keep referring to 172.18.1.252, is that a typo ?
Can the router ping the switch and can the switches ping each other ?

in Client SW check if you enable or not ip routing.

I want to manage and telnet the Client Sw from server-side
