Hi ,
Could some one tell me what the content of D:\Program Files\CSCOpx\files\archive\config( Ciscoworks is installed on windows drive D)
Also can some one tell the exact difference between D:\Program Files\CSCOpx\files\archive\shadow folder's contect and the D:\Program Files\CSCOpx\files\archive\config?
As per my companys policy,We have to take the backup of the configuration files of all the devices that ciscoworks manage. It will be great if any one had ideas/process to get the best backup procedure

The "shadow" folder contains the most recent archived configuration of the managed devices in RME. These are split up into categories, and the configuration files are listed by name / ip address.
The "config" folder contains the historical configuration. These are split up by device id, which is a unique database identifier. This makes it a lot harder to figure out which configuration is associated with which device.
