CW-LMS 2.2 & Ngenius RTM same Machine

hi guys

im pretty new in this ciscoworks thing, i have installed ciscoworks LMS2.2 perfectly alls well, and i also installed ngenius rtm , all well, BUT i just cant go inside, wont log me in , says , login unsuccessful check wether the server is running or not, i have started and stopped the service umpteen times....and any other issue i need to take care of....pls help..

It could be an issue with the password you entered

Is RTM 1.4 SP10 also installed?. It is recommended to install RTM on a separate server.

Either your pwd is wrong as was mentioned (check username as well admin instead of adminstrator)

Second there shd. be 7 services running in your task manager starting with "ns" if I remember right and nserver.exe is one of the impt ones.
