Hi everyone,
I'm working on an enterprise network project in Packet Tracer and I'm running into an issue with DHCP failing. APIPA is being used on. I've checked another file that works correctly but can't find the difference.
I've attached my Packet Tracer file for reference. Could anyone offer some guidance on what I might have missed? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Right side can get IP from DHCP but not left side via routing; I check Floor1 and FL2 Sw for IP routing to DHCP server; it cannot, u cannot reach 192.168.12.196 - dhcp server- so check routing, like ospf advertising network 192.168.12.192 (I think); also check CLN community CCNA and PT forums at

Hello @Ezio 1
On Switch "FLOOR-4-L3SW" interfaces Gig 1/0/1 and 1/0/2 have got the wrong IP ADDRESS.
For example Gig 1/0/2:
it should be 10.10.10.53 255.255.255.252 regarding Router "FLOOR-1-ROUTER".
Adjust the IP and check all Switches.
After that modification, DHCP is OK:
Also, since it is OSPF as routing protocol, always check the adjacencies:

Thank you so much! I corrected the mistake in that part, and now DHCP is working fine. Thanks a lot.
