The service DCRServer is on Waiting to initialize.
I've stoped Daemon Manager and restarted, with no succes! Even rebooting the server didn't help!
How can I restart it manually?
It's a virtual appliance...

Hello Mehdi,
Marvin's note is correct, usually when DCRServer shows such state, the files that might be corrupted are:
/opt/CSCOpx/MDC/tomcat/lib/ctm_config.txt
/opt/CSCOpx/MDC/tomcat/shared/lib/ctm_config.txt
/opt/CSCOpx/MDC/tomcat/webapps/cwhp/WEB-INF/lib/ctm_config.txt
If you have some time, upload the 3 files in order to check them and verify they are not corrupted.
Also make sure the hostname hasn't been changed, LMS should be recognizing it, therefore, you can run the following script:
/opt/CSCOpx/bin/perl /opt/CSCOpx/bin/resolver.pl <HOSTNAME>
and
/opt/CSCOpx/bin/perl /opt/CSCOpx/bin/resolver.pl <IPADDRESS>
hope it helps,

From the appliance command line:
pdstart DCRServer
If it's still failing, a TAC case would be your best bet. There may be a corrupted properties or database file.

/opt/CSCOpx/MDC/tomcat/webapps/cwhp/WEB-INF/lib/ctm_config.txt was corrupted!
Thanks for reply.
