routers configured with HSRP , GLBP , VRRP , do they need to have also identical running-config? or each one can have different configuration beside of course the suitable HSRP , GLBP , VRRP config on both?

The configurations on each device participating in a FHRP session can be unique.
A best practice though is that they should have similar routing capabilities (e.g. both are participating in the same routing process, or have similar static routes) in order to prevent unexpected loss of communications in the event of a fail-over event.
Sometimes though it is not always possible to have identical routing. (e.g. WAN link only on one device and not available on the other due to cost) and this is specific to the limitations in your environment.
