I am currently confused about the expiry dates of Prime Infrastructure 3x licenses. Are the following licenses perpetual? 

L-MGMT3X-PI-BASE

L-MGMT3X-TKN-K9=

L-MGMT3X-N-K9

On the Cisco Software Portal, it indicates that the expiry date is 'never.' However, when I search by contract numbers on CCRC Cisco, they show an end date. Could you clarify which information is correct?"

basically the license itself is perpetual and does not expire, but....
CCRC Cisco, is about subscriptions and Services
-> the date you found probably means warranty expiry date or maintenance/support contract end-date
