I have an issue with ISIS MIB on Cisco 2911 running IOS Version 15.1(4)M1 which supports the MIB as per Cisco SNMP MIB Locator.
This host has many others services which are working fine except ISIS Adjacency e.g. Ping, Device Uptime etc.
SNMP Config on the router:

router#sh run | i snmp
snmp-server community xxxxx RO 10
snmp-server enable traps isis

Hi
Please try a simple snmpwalk using that OID:
snmpwalk -v2c -c <community> <ip> <OID>
Also make sure that the device is reachable. On the debug we can not see the request received for that OID.
Please try also using an OID inside of the MIB Table.
