LACP between QNAP NAS and C2960S

Hello guys,

I'm trying to configure LACP on my QNAP NAS connected to a C2960S switch. My aim is to have 2GB available.

On my QNAP, I configured aggregation between two ports using "managed switch", "802.3ad dynamic" and "layer 2+3" options (I put some screenshots in copy, but sorry there are in French...).

Here the configuration I have on my switch:

interface Port-channel4
description NAS_SF2I_03
switchport access vlan 21
switchport mode access

interface GigabitEthernet1/0/35
description NAS_SF2I_03
switchport access vlan 21
switchport mode access
channel-protocol lacp
channel-group 4 mode active

interface GigabitEthernet1/0/36
description NAS_SF2I_03
switchport access vlan 21
switchport mode access
channel-protocol lacp
channel-group 4 mode active

But when I check aggregation state on te switch, I have the following:

4 Po4(SU) LACP Gi1/0/35(P) Gi1/0/36(w)

I tried to remove LACp option on my switch to have only Etherchannel, but without success.

Do you have a clue on what's going on here?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi,

Have you checked that your Qnap is configured correctly  for LACP. You switch is only seeing LACP packets  on port 1/0/35

Thanks

John

Hi,

w means waiting to be aggregated. As attached screenshot in your local language so I can't make much help but you have to verify your NAS configuration and must connect to cables on correct ports.

Hello,

Thak you for your answer. As shown on the screenshots, I chose managed switch with LACP configuration on NAS side. I also checked physical connectivity, and everything is ok (cables worked with the previous NAS we had)

Hey folks,

Nobody has a clue on what's going on here?

Thank you in advance for your help!
