Large number at the end of OID

Im trying to determine what the last number is and what it means at the end of OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.289.1.2.1.1.1.17825792 ?

I found its fcIfLinkFailures in CISCO-FC-FE-MIB but what is the last number 17825792??

I have more OIDs with different last number,  Just trying to decode what it means, is it referring to the port number? If so how do I determine the value for a particular port?., example:

1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.289.1.2.1.1.1.17829888

1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.289.1.2.1.1.1.21012480

Etc..

This is from a cisco mds 9513 by the way.

Example :

1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.289.1.2.1.1.1.17829888 represents the .17829888  with the location in the MIB hierarchy

Sorry I dont understand what you mean. If you see the examples above I have multiple same OID where the last number its changing.

yes the last one changes depends on what moduels and interface has the device.
