Hi,

Thanks for the screenshot of services window. Lets try to perform the transaction log recovery for RME database engine since its stop and not yet started.

1> Now stop the daemon manager.

2> delete rme.log from CSCOpx\databases\rmeng.

3> Open command prompt and navigate to CSCOpx\databases\rmeng

4> Run the command :- dbsrv9.exe -f rmeng.db

5> Reboot the server to make sure there is no stale or leftover services

6> After reboot dameon manager will start automatically , wait till the lock file will be deleted from CSCOpx\object\dmgtd\ready

Thanks,

Gaganjeet

Hi,

As per pdshow output, lots of RME related services are down. Kindly go to location CSCOpx\MDC\Apache from the command line and run the following command :-

perl SSLUtil.pl and share the output.

Thanks,

Gaganjeet

I executed the command and this was the output:

                *** CiscoWorks SSL Utility ***

Note: Any Certificate given as input to this script should be in Base64-Encoded

X.509Certificate format

You have the following options

1. Display CiscoWorks Server Certificate Information

2. Display the input Certificate Information

3. Display Root CA Certificates trusted by CiscoWorks Server

4. Verify the input Certificate/ Certificate Chain

5. Upload Single Server Certificate to CiscoWorks Server

6. Upload a Certificate Chain to CiscoWorks Server

7. Modify Common Services Certificate

8. Quit

Enter your choice [1-8]:

Do you need that I execute some of this options???

Hi,

Kindly select option 1.

Thanks

Gaganjeet

Enter your choice [1-8]:1

*** CiscoWorks Server Certificate Information ***

Please press ENTER to return to Main Menu

Hi,

Kindly send me the screenshot of  Windows services window showing the status of all the CiscoWorks related services.

Thanks,

Gaganjeet

Hi,

Also, since the EssentialsDM service is down and therefore RME other dependent services are down too. Kindy share the EssentialsDM.log and EssentialsDM_Server.log from the location CSCOpx\log

Thanks,

Gaganjeet
