Hi,
Thanks for the screenshot of services window. Lets try to perform the transaction log recovery for RME database engine since its stop and not yet started.
1> Now stop the daemon manager.
2> delete rme.log from CSCOpx\databases\rmeng.
3> Open command prompt and navigate to CSCOpx\databases\rmeng
4> Run the command :- dbsrv9.exe -f rmeng.db
5> Reboot the server to make sure there is no stale or leftover services
6> After reboot dameon manager will start automatically , wait till the lock file will be deleted from CSCOpx\object\dmgtd\ready
Thanks,
Gaganjeet

Hi,
As per pdshow output, lots of RME related services are down. Kindly go to location CSCOpx\MDC\Apache from the command line and run the following command :-
perl SSLUtil.pl and share the output.
Thanks,
Gaganjeet

Also, since the EssentialsDM service is down and therefore RME other dependent services are down too. Kindy share the EssentialsDM.log and EssentialsDM_Server.log from the location CSCOpx\log
