Hi,
Our customer purchased the LMS 3.1 software recently. What is the process to upgrade the LMS 3.1 to 3.2. Any licensing needs to be purchased or free upgrade available?
Thanks,
Guru

It is not necessary to purchase a new license.
To get the software you can go one of the following ways:
- enter your contract number in the upgrade tool: http://www.cisco.com/upgrade and see if you can order the DVDs (if LMS 3.2 is listed you can place an order for free)
- download the eval version from http://www.cisco.com/go/lms and use it to update your current installation
- use the eval version to do a fresh installation; use your current license file to validate the installation (you have to shutdown the old installation as 1 license file allows you to run 1 installation)
