New installation of LMS 3.2
Ciscoworks Deamon Manager is not starting.
FRom Services: "Windows could not start the CiscoWorks Deamon Manager service on Local Computer
Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion"
Application is running in a VM environment on a UCS Blade server.
Thoughts or is this a tac call?

1. Get the mdcsupport output from CSCOpx\MDC\bin\MDCSupport.exe and attach here.
2. Attach the "SYSTEMINFO" from the windows command line.

If this is Server 2008, make sure to set the virtual memory to double the size of your physical RAM. Also make sure you have the services set this way:
CiscoWorks ANI database engine: Manual
CiscoWorks Daemon Manager: Automatic
CiscoWorks RME NG database engine: Manual
CiscoWorks Tomcat Servlet Engine: Manual
CiscoWorks Web Server: Manual
CWCS Cmf database engine: Manual
CWCS rsh/rcp service: Automatic
CWCS syslog service: Automatic
CWCS tftp service: Automatic
DFM dfmEpm database engine: Manual
DFM dfmFh database engine: Manual
DFM dfmInv database engine: Manual
Then reboot.
