LMS 4.0.1 do not see devices

Hello All!

I have installed LMS. Then I have configured Default Credentional Set. Then start discovery with cdp and arp modules. LMS found my devices, 2 of them are reachable  but other unreacheble. All snmp settings on the devices are the same. I test from LMS connectivity, it works great. Then checked snmp from pc (C:\Program Files (x86)\CSCOpx\objects\jt\bin) all tools snmpset and snmp walk works corretly and can get data. How make LMS to get data from devices ?

Export the DCR content to csv and check the credentials.

Maybe the "Credentional Set" doesn't contain what you think it does.

You can select all devices and apply with overwrite the credentail set

Cheers,

Michel

Cannot find how export only credentinoal. There is no cwncm_import.bat, and lsattr from bin directory do not show credentional. After exporting devices, cannot find any info cause all interest data are missed( ie there is device name, ip and then only ,).

How I can check it ?

Tried following6 create new dcr and in discovery section use new DRC set, but no luck ... still only 2 devices are reachable.

How check this process ?

When you export via the webGUI under Inventory -> Device Administration -> Add / Import / Manage Devices -> Export, check the "Export Device Credentials" checkbox.

Then the csv file will have the credentails.

When you correct any errors you can import your file using "Bulk Import"

Cheers,

Michel

Exported, but this makes me blue. My devices has correct credentional. Started again discovery process, and still LMS mark all devices(except 2 ) as unreacheble. Double check connectivity, snmp settings, cdp, all working all can be accesed from LMS. Even creating new device makes it unreacheble. How to fix this issue ?
