Hello,
Cisco Prime LMS 4.2.5 running on Windows 2008 R2 server for over a year without errors. After a reboot of the machine, the successful login results in a redirection error message. Any ideas?

All LMS services started successfully. After the login page a error message occours.

I solved the problem. The self signed certificate of LMS was expired! This generates the loop message after login. Setting the date of the server to a day in the valid period of the expired certificate and recreate the certificate solved the error message.

I have the same problem. Fixed by using these steps.
1. change the date backwards a few months
2. Restart the services
3. Request for a new certificate (You may have to use a different browser)
5. There should be a prompt to restart the services
6. Stop services
7. Change date back to current.
8. Start services.
