LMS4.2 Error: Unable to connect to Data base

Hi

I have the following message in my CiscoPrime LMS 4.2.2 home portal:

Discrepancies

Unable to connect to Data base.
Probable Cause: 
    ANIDbEngine process may be down

and

Best Practices Deviation

Unable to connect to Data base.
Probable Cause: 
    ANIDbEngine process may be down

But when I see the Process Status Report, the process is running:

36.ANIDbEngineProgram started - No mgt msgs  received148400N/ANot applicableNot applicableService was already running

Can you help me with this issue?

Hi Enriqueahj

have you made a ping test from a PC DOS command prompt to the LMS server Ip address???

Try ping "IP_Address" and try ping "name_serverr"

Yes, I can ping the LMS server with the ip address and the name_server.

I can access the LMS service via web, and I can login the service, but in the main window, I have some error messages. See the image below:

Can you help me with this issue?

your process ANIDbEngine maybe is not running well, it has the following status in normal condition:

ANIDbEngine           Program started - No mgt msgs received  

try in your LMS to start up the process

The LMS is installed in a Windows Server 2008 Enterprise.

I restarted the ANIDbEngine process but I have the issue yet. Also, I see that ANIServer process is in "Running with busy flag set" state. Is this normal?
