Greetings,
I have Catalyst 9k switches and aps in my system. I used the meraki aps that I had in excess in a few regions. and this came back to me as a complaint. when I contacted my product supplier, he said to me that cisco catalyst and meraki aps had problems working in the same system. is this information correct?

Not sure the ask here, If you asking Can you able to connect to Meraki AP to cisco Switch (this works as expected)
But if you mixing Cisco AP and Meraki AP in same Area , that may have different outcomes.
we have many Cat 9K switches and Meraki AP connected working as expected.

But Cisco AP and Meraki AP are working different VLAN. so I don't think it will have different outcomes

I mean to say if both are anouncing same SSID on the Floor.
If they are working different VLAN and Different SSID ( no overlapping space) - that should work as expected.

Same switch, different VLAN but same SSID
My problem is this.
Sometimes
when I go to the area where catalyst and meraki aps are used together while connected to the internet in a different ap, the internet connection continues. but when I turn wifi off and on I cannot get ip on catalyst AP.
but the users connected to this ap are still connected to the internet. there is no problem with their connection

This what i was mentioned, in the Area where both AP Located in overlap space, you may see this Issue.
i suggest to replace in the area with all same AP models will be good to fix this issue, rather mixing the Meraki and Cisco AP
Client will decide which AP to connect - i am assuming the client disconnect and trying to connect (since the Client already connected and trying to Roam between Meraki and Cisco AP may see this issue.)

"since the Client already connected and trying to Roam between Meraki and Cisco AP may see this issue."
The devices do not overlap with each other.
this way there is no problem.
When you turn wifi off and on, you have problems getting ip.
The problem is not connecting to the AP. can not get IP

The problem is not connecting to the AP. can not get IP
how do you know the client connecting the same AP ?
what WLC and code running here ? what Ap Model ? - have you run the debug using client MAC address ?

I will explain everything
I am using cisco wlc 5520. AP models are AIR-AP1815W-E-K9, AIR-AP1562I-E-K9 and AIR-AP3802I-E-K, my edge switch is Cisco C9200L-48P-4G.
I have been running it for 3 years without any problem. this year I installed 1 Meraki MR76 ap to this switch. to provide better coverage in a problematic area
under normal conditions there is no problem. but sometimes, 2 times a month
aps in this area stoped distributing ip. if there is an existing ip on my device, I continue the connection. but when there is a new ip request, I get an error that ip could not be received (you are connected. but you cannot get ip after turning off the wifi and turning it back on.)
The only log record I can see on the switch is below. I talked to my supplier. he informed me that the system gives this error because we use meraki and enterprise products together.
