Modify Prime Infrastructure alert messages?

We are running CPI 3.9.1 and would like to add details to the message body of the alerts that are not appearing. I have not found how to modify them in CPI, the only thing I found searching is a ten year old post asking the same thing here and being told the message body cannot be modified. Is this still true?

are you looking add extra information (other than Prime generating ) or message body is empty ? can you post any screenshot alrets for reference  to suggest better.

This spanning tree alert is a good example. It tells you the device name and IP but, it does not tell you it has become the new root of a specific vlan. Including this information in the email could save you the time of having to go look only to discover it is not something you are concerned about.
