Hi,
We already installed Prime LMS 4.2 and NCS 1.1.1 (soft appliance on a ESXi 5.0 environment) in one of our customers and we are also planning to install NCS WAN. However, we noticed that in the NCS WAN "Quick Start Guide" it is mentioned that we have to use ESXi 4.1 on the server.
"Server Requirements
VMware ESXi Server 4.1.0 software is required on the server."
Do you know if it is possible to use ESXi 5.0 instead to install NCS WAN in the same server where NCS and LMS are already installed?
Thanks.
Best regards.

No you can't install NCS WAN on a non-supported ESXi server.
If you have NCS 1.1.1 and LMS both, NCS WAN won't add any functionality and will only confuse the management picture. I would expect to see and end-of-sales announcement soon on NCS WAN as it was a point product released for some specific customer use cases while the Prime Infrastructure products were developing.

Ok, thanks for your answer.
We understand that NCS WAN won't add any funcionality and will try to convince the customer of that. He acquired licenses for LMS, NCS and also NCS WAN and that was why we were trying to force its installation.
