Need Password Recovery

Hellow guyes,

I am facing a problem with one router. I have username and password but its not working on cisco router.  router is enabled login local or AAA, i am not sure becasue its required username and password. I don't have the backup of config.

I want to make user, password recovery procedure is the same as enable password recovery or different.
