I think I have a final problem with my configuration of netflow...
It is difficult to explain my configuration so I put it in an Attachement...
It is configured on a router (cisco 2620).
If I use a snmp network tool I can see the router... So there is communication with snmp. But on the cisco website they say this:
Example:
workstation% snmpset -c private -m all -v2c 10.4.9.62 cnfCINetflowEnable.1 integer 1
and I don't know how to confgure that...
Now I use Netflow Configurator (SolarWinds) to see my netflow. But he can't connect to the device... So I don't see anything... :(
Anyone can helps me to run the netflow over the network?
Regards,
Simon

Hello,
could you run the following commands on your cisco?:
show ip flow export
show ip cache flow
The first one displays if cisco is sending any packets to your collector and the second one shows what is in your flow cache.

Hello,
as you can see (in your log files) the netflow is correctly configured and exported to your collector. If you cannot find any flow in your collector, try contact SolarWind support team (the problem must be in the collector configuration). You can also test our netflow collector (http://www.caligare.com/) if you are interested in an other solution.

I've tried caligare product and I have to say
it's a very good produt. the data
presentation is not as good as NetQoS but in
term of cost and functionalities, I would
pick caligare, not to mention that this thing
is running on Linux which is my favorite OS.
When I become a consultant one day, I will
recommend this product to customers. Very
cost effective solution.

"our develepment team is hardly working on CFI version 5"
I assume that English is not your mother
tongue language. I think you meant to say
is "our development is working hard on CFI
version 5" -:).
Have a happy "good" Friday.

Can anyone explain me what's the cause of the error message?
IP laptop --> 192.168.1.10
IP Router --> 192.168.1.1
I can ping to the router.
This is the sh run output... So I have community strings:
!
snmp-server community public RO
snmp-server community private RW
snmp-server ifindex persist
!
Netflow is also configured on the router... (see output.txt three posts ago)
pls HELP ME :)

Hello Simon,
I don't why SolarWinds cannot configrure your router. I think, that (maybe) problem is that your IOS doesn't support full netflow configuration via SNMP. Try upgrade IOS and/or check MIB tool on cisco web pages to see what features does support your device.
Kind regards,
Jan
PS.: But your NetFlow is correctly configured.
