Can anybody help me regarding Network configuration manager. If we want to deploy NCCM in our network then what configuration will be required in network devices.

SNMP :  to collect information about the devices.

SSH : for configuration changes

Syslog : to send logs to the NCCM server for monitoring changes

NetFlow or sFlow : If your NCCM system supports NetFlow or sFlow for traffic analysis.

NTP :  helps in maintaining accurate timestamps for logs and configuration changes

ACL : to allow only relevant traffic between the NCCM system and the network devices. For example, allow SNMP, SSH, and any other required protocols

Radius/TACACS : to ensure proper authentication methods for user access and device management

additionally some NCCM systems may require agents or specific software to be installed on network devices

-hope this helps-

in addition what suggested ,

what NCCM you looking to deploy, suggest to use SNMV3 (if all the end devices supported ?)

its all depends on what NCCM can support, Latest NCCM can support Netconf, API, or traditional SSH.
