Hello guys,
I am working in a company where we have thousands of devices with poor OOB Management. We were using MRVs but their support is poor and not meaningful. Could some-one know about any new device or vendor that deploy OOB which is cheap and good.
Thanks

I've never used MRV so I can't speak to them. I've only had to call support once and I had a good experience with them. Their documentation is good too. I use the 5000 series when no dial-up modem is required. If you do need a modem, then you have to use the 6000 series. Rough numbers on the cost of a 5000 and 6000 with 8 ports-
ACS 5008 = $2100
ACS 6008 = $2700
They are not the cheapest boxes out there, but they are easy to configure and work well. They run on Linux so if you know that you can really tweak them. Here's some of my documentation on them.

Thanks for info collin,
I search on internet and found Avocent and Perle OOB Solutions are good-one. I am going to dig more on Avocent.
