When trying to login to Cisco.com from Administration / Licenses and Software Updates / Software Update it fails to reach Cisco.com. I know the credentials I am using are good and I can telnet to cisco.com port 443 from the CLI of Prime. I can also telnet to cloudsso.cisco.com and identity.cisco.com on port 443 from the CLI. Any thoughts?

- You may further try to debug this with wget and get the main page from the command line :

You might be running into following bug:
https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvu53524
Workaround:
To workaround this issue, upgrade to Prime Infrastructure 3.7.1 update 02, 3.8 update 02, or later versions which support the new authentication method.
Hope this helps,
- Yaros
