Hi,
Having trouble with adding cco credentials under administration/settings/system settings/General/Account Settings in Prime.
I want to check if it is due to the lack of internet connection on Prime. How do you check that?

- ssh to the prime server, log on as admin and ping a remote website (on the Internet).

Pinged cisco.com successfully and ncs status looks perfect. I don't know why Prime won't accept any CCO credentials. Tested with multiple user credentials but still not working.

- Try your CCO credentials at the Cisco website too.

All the above tests pass - but the CCO credentials are not accepted in the system account settings page!?!?!
Is there a specific format perhaps??? quotation marks needed?? something has changed it worked for months if not years

- If you have a firewall solution, double check if the connection is allowed by the firewall and or examine the logs of the firewall accordingly.

I can see the traffic hitting the firewall and when I ssh to the server I can get to the CCO with the same credentials

PS. I'll check the firewall again though. However I don't see that being the issue

- The main thing you (still) need to check is that this particular https connection from Prime to CIsco is allowed by the firewall.
