RV340 not sending option 66

I'm trying to use PXE boot for a diskless workstation. I'm running a Cisco RV340 with the latest firmware (1.0.02.16) and have configured dhcp option 66 with the IP address of my TFTP server. 

Using ethereal to look at the packets, I can see that option 66 is missing from the dhcp offer packets. 

Has anyone else encountered this issue? It looks like a bug in the cisco software to me.

But as per version - 1.0.01.17 should be working.

I have the latest firmware 1.0.02.16.

I've set up option 66 in my DHCP options, but it still doesn't send option 66 in its DHCP offer.
