I have 2 router 6506 series connecting to the same management node, they both have an Identical configuration, as they are redundant of each other, with Loopback interface as the trap-source interface, the way the network is physically configured, is that RouterB goes through RouterA to get to Network node.
Now the real problem is that RouterB can send and recieve traps from the node, while RouterA recieve the request from the node, but broadcast the reply traffic.
RouterA
114 172.21.68.127:1721 <-> 10.140.254.40:161
S 4 ms LEN 430 10.140.254.40:161 <-> 255.255.255.255:1721
RouterB
R 92 ms LEN 55 172.21.68.127:2577 <-> 10.140.254.41:161
S 4 ms LEN 56 10.140.254.41:161 <-> 172.21.68.127:2577
R 92 ms LEN 55 172.21.68.127:2579 <-> 10.140.254.41:161
RouterA is the active node, while RouterB is the standby node.
Could this be a bug. Please help..

I don't see any bugs relating to SNMP and broadcast. I recommend you open a TAC service request, so they can take a look at your device configurations and topology in more detail.
