snmpset vmVlan does not work on active ports

as above,

when i apply to an inactive port it works fine, since all my ports are active due to wakeonlan capable nic's this is a problem.

pls enlighten me

Hi Frans,

I'm not finding anything that could contribute to this, can you possibly upgrade one switch to (12.1(22)EA5 or 12.2(25)SEC) and test on that?

If it's successful then you have your answer, if not, it may be time to open a Cisco TAC Case.

currently i'm working on cat3550 with 12.1(13)

is that a known bug?
