Is that anyone know what is the protocol that leads to port 0/2 of Switch1 connecting to Switch0 is turned off? (Is that regarding to STP?)
And how to know the protocol determines which port on which switch device should be turned off?

It looks like spanning tree for sure unless the interfaces are configured as part of a port channel. As shaps mentioned, check the spanning tree output but it looks like Fa0/2 on switch1 is in a blocking state.

depends on the port config, buut check speed and duplex settings are the same at both end and check if tthe port has not gone into err disable mode

Yes, Fa0/2 was in blocking state. Thank you very much.
I had configure the link aggregation and the Fa0/2 was back to green.
