Switch Port Summary ports- No records found.

HI,

I am using LMS 3.2 & RME 4.3.0. I am producing the Switch Port Report from CS->Campus User Tracking->Report Generator->Switch Port Report – Switch Port Summary and selecting 178 devices in Device selector but getting a response that "No records found".

Further from CM, I can generate Switch Port Reports from like "Reclaim Unused Down" or "Reclaim Unused Up" but unable to produce reports for "Switch Port Summary", Switch Port Capacity & Recently Down

Although I can also able to produce End Host report from CM. Also I have rerun the "Start Data Collection" & "Start UT Acquisition" many times. Also aniDBEngine is running as normal.

I have also restart services via net stop crmdmgtd & net start crmdmgtd.

Below are the current Cmapps.log

Thanks

The line numbers in the exception in your log point to the problematic server running Campus 5.2 not 5.2.1.  Can you confirm that you definitely have 5.2.1 on this server?  In either case, apply the 5.2.1 update.  That should fix this problem.

I can't reproduce.  It looks like there may be a problem with the database stored procedure that builds this report.  What version of Campus do you have?  I have 5.2.1, and it works fine.

We have CM 5.2.1 on 2 seperate CiscoWorks. Both CiscoWorks are on windows 2003. In one of the CW with CM 5.2.1, I can produce Switch Port Summary ports report but in other  CW with CM 5.2.1, I am unable to produce report.
