Unable to ping 8.8.8.8 from LAN and connection drop issue.

Hi everyone,

I have Cisco router, with SLA configured. Actually there are 3 connections configured earlier ISP1, ISP2 an ISP3 but now only one is in use. Also 3 Track objects configured for 3 connections.

The issue is, users in LAN are facing internet outing issue at regular interval. But when I connect with ISP connection directly at the same time, there is no issue of internet.

Earlier we configured DNS server 8.8.8.8 62.68.x.x, but later changed to 141.1.1.1 8.8.4.4.

We also removed track calls from routes.

But still the users are complaining about connection drop.

What could be the issue? Anyone want to help, can reply by asking questions to better understand the problem.

Thanks,

This could be your configuration of NAT or routing issue on high level, this can only be confirmed once we know the device model, IOS running code, post the show running config to look and confirm what is wrong here ?

Hi,

We need some logs and running configuration from the router for a better understanding of the issue. As you mentioned that IPSLA is configured on all three ISPs, so is there any drop shown on the SLA?

Run below commands:

show ip sla statistics

Show IP route

and share NAT configuration.
