Unable to run UT report

Getting the following error in Cmapps.log when trying to run a UT report:

ERROR TP-Processor12 com.cisco.nm.ani.clients.utng.application.OGSHelper <init>  - Exception in OGSHelper() ^M
com.cisco.nm.xms.ctm.common.CTMException: URN_NOT_FOUND : urn "ogs_server_urn" : Not found !!

This is the popup error:

Application error: URN_NOT_FOUND : urn "ogs_server_urn" " Not found !!.

I have three servers, all at the same version, I'm only seeing this error on one of them.

LMS 3.2.

Yes, thanks, I found that conversation after I submitted mine.  This was the issue.
