Upgrading Cisco Prime to 3.10.4

Hi,

been going through the documents but struggling to identify how exactly to upgrade our Cisco prime infrastructure to 3.10.4.

 

we are currently running a VM based 3.10 version.

 

will appreciate if someone can write down the steps involved.

I have addressed other post - role of the admin should be administrator (you mentioned network-admin role) - i am guessing that s the issue.

is this appliance or virtual one ?

1. take the backup full

2. Make sure freeze the changes - no changes to be done while upgrading.

3. read the release notes and bug (mainly) - follow upgrade process.

i am trying tp upgrade the prime now and been able to upload the bundle file to prime default repository however the "application upgrade" command doesnt not exist:
