Hello,
I am trying to upgrade prime from 3.1.6 to 3.2 but it gives me the below error.

Please adivse how to upgrade from console, our prime is installed on Vmware and the console is different than cisco.

This one resolved my HA query.

I used the guide listed by the users below. The caveat is you need cli access (not through SSH) and there needs to be 25% of space on the disk. There's a section below on how to clear some of the cache. I wasn't doing it in HA.

What do you mean by CLI access "not through SSH", presently i have CLI access through ssh, I will be using theis generic keyboard and mouse connected to actual server in Data Center, I hope you are referring to that one?
