Cisco NDFC Installation issue

Hi, all, i'm facing an issue while installing NDFC on a ESXI server. please check the following image.

It's still not working even i execute the command "acs upgrade recover AppActivate".

Anyone can help me on this? Thanks.

Can you check you if you are hitting CSCwm35992 - Nexus Dashboard upgrade to 3.2.1e will fail if the name of the imported CA has a space in the name.
