Unable to login to Nexus Dashboard sandbox after VPN Connection

Hello, I reserved the NDFC sandbox and connected using the standard VPN connection. I'm unable to access the NDFC GUI with the given IP address. I RDP into the devbox and tried to connect to the Nexus Dashboard and was unsuccessful. I'm able to ping the IP from my local computer and within the devbox. I made one last attempt to end the reservation and trigger another reservation but experiencing the same issue. 

Is there another way of connecting to the ND interface using this sandbox?

Hello, it takes about 45 mins for all NFDC service to completely come online. Please try to access via the web server again or you can check that all services via ssh on the NFDC controller.

thanks for your response. There could be another issue. The sandbox has been up for 6 hrs.
