What's the problem?  Are there no DNS server fields to enter the OpenDNS addresses?

I'm afraid I cannot provide any steps here.  As you didn't answer my question, I had a look into an online user manual, and it doesn't look like this device can be configured with OpenDNS.  You still can configure OpenDNS on your end user devices.

I am having an issue with this particular router and setting up OpenDNS. It appears that the DNS settings take effect on wired connections but not on WiFi connections. Any tips?

FYI - I had only configured the DNS settings in the IPv4 section, I have since added the settings to IPv6 (did it remotely and haven't had a chance to get back on site and test the WiFi now). Could the WiFi connections have been using the automatic DNS settings from the v6 connection instead? 

Secondary question, I have configured IPv4 (as mentioned above) and it appears to be working on my wired connections. However, when I go to the Home page in the router settings the Primary and Secondary DNS Servers listed in the summary info are NOT the OpenDNS servers. Is this normal behavior?
