can i use GLC-SX-MM with SG220-26P as I'm not able to find the official one MGBSX1-RF? will it cause future issues if i tested it and it work?

The list of supported SFP is down below. I dont believe the SFP you mentioned will work but for sure will cause no problem if you plug and test. I tested many SFPs in different switches and what happen is it doesnt work and that all.

like others said, this SFP not in compatible list.
recommendation is to use compatible SFP with switch given under @marce1000 link.
but practically i have uses GLC_SX_MMD with SMB series. you can try if you have SFP on hand, but cannot guarantee because officially its not in compatible list.
