Received the following CDR error when attempting to do a report for a user in CDR. I had attempted to do a simple report and CDR returned "10021: There are no matching records". Has anyone ever seen this error? CCM ver 3.3.3sr4a. already restarted the CDR services CDR insert and CDR Analysis and Reporting. This happens with any with any CDR Search By User/Extension.

This may be an issue with incorrect permission to the CDR database. Try the following:
SQL Server Enterprise Manager>Security>Logins
In the right pane right click on the CCMServiceRW
Select the Database Access tab
Select the CDR database and permit db_owner and public to CDR database.
stop and re-start CDR Insert Service from CM control center.
