Right now we have two PRI's from the Telco with separate D-channels put into a group.
They are able to group the two and give me one D-channel on their side, but how do I set it up on my side?

This configuration is called Non-Facility Associated Signaling (NFAS) and is not supported on CallManager MGCP. You need to use H.323
Reference the following document for H.323 NFAS configuration:

Hi Dave,
What do you want to gain with this setup?
If your primary goes down, you loose the lot :-(
You better have 2 seperate PRI's and have them grouped incoming and outgoing.
