3825 for conference with other site

Currently have a 3825 Voice Bundled router, combined with two UC520 in two remote sites.

Right now we have successfully configured for dialing between these three sites.

But it seems we cannot make conference between user in HQ (3825) with user in other sites (under UC520).

The display keep displaying

"Could not complete conf.."

What did i need to configure on the HQ site.

I've read about configuring call-me and adhoc conference but it seems only for UC, CCM or higher version of CME.

From what i've seen on the 3825 when i perform "show telephony" the CME version is only 3.3

Is there someway to upgrade the CME running on the 3825 router ?

I've tried to upgrade the IOS to the latest version (12.4.21) but it seems the IOS doesn't have to do with CME.

do u have enough DSP resources and did u have configured it for conf?

if not just send the output of:

show diag

show voice dsp

i cant see ant dsp conf configured!!

first u have PVDM2-64 in ur mainboard insstalled

which contain 4 DSPs fist one used by the FXS model in ur slot 1 and slot 3

so u can use the other three

each confrence need one DSP

and each DSP support foe Xcoding

so try the following config

It resolved my issues, after first i downgrade the IOS version to 12.4(20)T the CME version go straight up to 7.0.

then i can successfully put all the conference command.
